Sex Therapists are dedicated to supporting clients in resolving sexual challenges and enhancing sexuality either individually or with partners. This is achieved by creating an open space to freely express concerns without fear of judgement or shame.
Sexuality is integral to a person’s sense of self and identity and can be negatively affected by stress, anxiety, medical conditions, relationship issues and various types of life transitions.
Sex therapy supports the exploration of sexual intimacy in all aspects of the individual’s life and history, including relationship dynamics such as communication, conflict resolution and overall emotional connectedness.
Sex Therapy can be provided either individually or with partners. Often the referral to a urologist or ob/gyn can be part of a treatment plan.

Family Therapy
